Fluid Ounces

1 teaspoon = 1/3 T.

2 T. = 1oz = 1/8 cup or 6 teaspoons

1/4 cup = 2oz = 4 T.

1/3 cup = 2 2/3oz = 5 T & 1 teaspoon

1/2 cup = 4oz = 8T.

2/3 cup = 5 1/3oz = 10T & 2 teaspoons

3/4 cup = 6oz = 12T.

7/8 cup = 7oz = 14T.

1 cup = 8oz or 1/2 pint = 16T.

2 cups = 16oz or 1pint = 32T.

4 cups = 32oz = 1quart

1 pint = 16oz = 32 T

2 pints = 32oz = 1quart

8 pints = 1 gallon or 128oz = 4quarts

4 quarts = 1 gallon or 128oz = 8pints

Dry Ounces

1oz = 1/16 pnd.

2oz = 1/8 pnd.

3oz = 3/16 pnd.

4oz = 1/4 pnd.

8oz = 1/2 pnd.

12oz = 3/4 pnd.

16oz = 1 pnd.

32oz = 2 pnds.
