Don has consulted on and designed over a thousand kitchens. As a chef, he's been responsible for the preparation of up to 6,000 meals a day. He has taught cooking and design courses and has written, “Kitchen Design with Cooking in mind” and co-authored “Kitchen Appliances 101.” He has written many articles and been the subject of many others. CNN credits him as “the only certified kitchen designer and chef in the industry today.”
